WeightLog is a simple weight tracking app. You log your current weight along with the date and time of each weigh-in. The app shows your full history, a line chart of your progression, and a dashboard with key stats like your current weight, total entries, and total change since you started.

Yes, creating an account and logging entries is completely free. Sign up with just your email — no credit card required.

Click "Log Weight" in the navigation, enter your weight, choose the date and time of your weigh-in (it defaults to right now), and optionally add a note like "post-workout" or "morning." Hit save and it appears on your chart immediately.

Yes — WeightLog supports both pounds (lbs) and kilograms (kg). Go to Settings to switch your preferred unit at any time. All entries use the unit you've selected.

Yes. Go to the History page, hover over any entry, and you'll see edit and delete buttons appear. You can update the weight, date, time, and notes, or remove the entry entirely.

Once you have 2 or more entries, the Progress Chart page shows a line chart with dates on the x-axis and weight on the y-axis. You can filter by last 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or your full history. The chart also shows a goal line if you've set a target weight.

Yes. Your data is stored in a secure database and is only visible to your account. We don't share or sell your data. Your weight history is as private as a personal journal.

Daily weigh-ins give you the most data for the chart, but weekly is also great. The most important thing is consistency — weigh yourself at the same time of day (morning, before eating, is most consistent). WeightLog shows trends, not just individual numbers, so daily fluctuations won't throw you off.

Yes. In Settings, enter your goal weight and it will appear on your dashboard showing how far you have left to go. The progress chart also draws a goal line so you can visually track how close you're getting.
